The Runt is a throwback to our first speed ropes we offered with a number of improvements. Built with a 13cm, rotating handle sure grip. The plastic bearing system does a fantastic job for the price. These ropes are a great entry level rope to help new athletes get to grips with double-unders with a slightly slower rotation.
