Description
Power Bands are exceptional mobility/resistance tools. They aid in bodyweight exercises and stretching and mobility exercises (pre/post-workout). The bands feature a seamless two meter long loop, and are 4.6mm thick, and are colour-coded for easy identification. Each colour-coded Power Band has a different width, which offers varying degrees of resistance or assistance.
The varying width of each power band determines the resistance/assistance.
- Red 13mm (9-16kg resistance)
- Black 22mm (13-23kg resistence)
- Purple 32mm (23-35kg resistence)
- Green 44mm (45-54kg resistence)
- Blue 64mm (54-79kg resistence)
- Orange 83mm (79-104kg resistence)
