Goat Tape Kinesiology Tape

Back in 2011 we taped our hands for CrossFit workouts with traditional athletic tape. Very quickly we realized that the tape did not stick, resulting in ripped hands and a bad grip. After testing multiple athletic tapes on the market, we recognized the need for a tape that can endure abuse and withstand intensive workouts. So we created Goat Tape. Along the way, we have discovered that it is not only CrossFitters who need professional grade tape, so have since expanded our line to include our newest specialty: Kinesiology Tape.

Kinesiology Goat Tape is a cotton based, latex-free, hypoallergenic, and water resistant elastic therapeutic tape. Designed to mimic human skin and with roughly the same thickness and elastic properties, our kinesiology tape stretches 30–40%. The expanding and contracting can reduce bruising by increasing blood flow between layers of skin and can help to align weak muscles as well as facilitating joint motion. 20 strips per roll, 10 inches per strip.
